Zack's Orange Wood Smoked Old-Fashioned

 

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 tsp Orange Rum Vanilla Turbinato

3 dashes of Aromatic Bitters

Splash of water

1/2 oz of Dark Morelloe Cherry Juice

2 oz Bourbon

2 ice cubes

1 dried orange ring

Smoke with orange wood tinder

Add infused turbinato to a glass with bitters and a splash of water. Stir to dissolve sugar. Add cherry juice, bourbon, icecubes and stir. 

Optional: with smoke infuser heat orange wood tinder. Hold tube and your hand over glass to blow smoke inside glass and hold smoke in for 1 minute.

Remove hand and float dried orange ring. Serve and enjoy!
